Purchase Tickets Now! We're ready to party on Saturday June 1st! Join us for a Roaring 20's Party at the Surf Club for hors d'oeuvres, open bar, and dancing starting at 6:30pm.

 

Don't miss your chance to win big in the silent auction and raffle, which include beautiful artwork made by Ryerson students, gift baskets donated by local businesses, free registration to Madison Sports teams, and much more! The live auction will be your chance to win amazing teacher-sponsored experiences for your Ryerson student.

 

Dress is casual party to cocktail. Costumes are not required but welcome! Partners, spouses, grandparents, and friends are all invited - if they're over 21, they are welcome! Tickets will be $60 each, on sale until May 18. If tickets are still available after May 18, the price will increase to $80 each.

 

The PTO is hard at work planning. We love to include as many as possible to create an event that everyone will remember. If you are able to lend a hand by sharing your time or ideas, please reach out!

Give to Grow is a wonderful event - music, drinks, and of course, winning auction items!! We are looking to stock our silent and live auctions with amazing goodies and experiences to bring out the generosity in our guests! We offer two ways to support Ryerson Elementary School via Give to Grow: auction prize donation and Give to Grow sponsorship.

We would like to invite you to participate in Give to Grow 2024 by donating an item, gift card, or gift basket. Past contributions have included:
  • donations from local businesses
  • fun local experiences
  • gift certificates to sports games
  • vacation home getaways
  • goods or services provided by your own personal business

Become a Give to Grow Sponsor

Are you interested in contributing to Give to Grow, but aren't sure what to offer? Maybe your business would like to support the Ryerson PTO, but you don't have a good or service that is easily offered on auction? You've come to the right place!  Choose from one of our four Sponsorship levels:

  • Platinum Bengal: Sponsors who contribute $500 and up will be offered a full page advertisement in the printed Event Guide, large signage at the entrance to the event, and two free tickets to the event (worth $120). They will also be given a section of our emailed newsletter and thanked in an individual social media post.
  • Gold Siberian: Sponsors who contribute $250-499 will be offered a half page advertisement in the printed Event Guide, signage at the entrance the event, and one free ticket to the event (worth $60). They will also be given a section of our emailed newsletter and thanked in an individual social media post.
  • Silver Sumatran: Sponsors who contribute $100-249 will be offered a quarter page advertisement in the printed Event Guide. They will also be given a section of our emailed newsletter and thanked in an individual social media post.
  • Bronze Malayan: Sponsors who contribute $0-$99 will be listed in the printed Event Guide and thanked in our newsletter and social media posts.

Benefits of Donation or Sponsorship

In exchange for your tax-deductible donation, we offer:

  • Exposure to the Ryerson Elementary school community, including the families of 330 students and 85 staff.
  • Business recognition in our printed Event Guide, as well as social-media and newsletter callouts.
  • Opportunity to display promotional items at the Give to Grow Party.
  • Verbal acknowledgement at the Give to Grow Party - attended by over 120 adult members of the Ryerson Community.

 

It’s a wonderful opportunity to help your local community build a supportive environment for our children. The Ryerson PTO is a qualified non-profit organization as defined under IRC Sec. 501(c) (3). You will receive written acknowledgement of your contribution for federal income tax purposes after the event. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
